John Hay

John has been at Sprake & Kingsley for the past 7 years and
was recently promoted to partner.

John lives locally and is actively involved with the Round Table. 
He helps raise money for a number of local charities and can
be seen at various yearly fund raising events, especially the
famous Christmas float. 

John comes from a family of motor racing fanatics and
spends most weekends at various racetracks around
the UK filming motorsport for television.  He also
enjoys driving high performance vehicles and with
his family makes an annual pilgrimage to the
Le Mans 24 hour race.

John specialises in commercial and
residential property matters.  In particular
he works closely with a number of local
authorities and other public bodies.
