Nicolas Kingsley

Nicolas started work in the law in London in 1974.  He
qualified as a solicitor in 1980 and was a partner with a
leading Dereham firm before joining David Sprake in 1992.
 
Nicolas handles a wide range of litigation matters for clients
but specialises in construction disputes and public
enquiry work. Nicolas works closely with Karen Phillips in
advising our business clients on their employment
issues and disputes. Nicolas is a Legal Associate of
the Royal Town Planning Institute. Nicolas enjoys
rugby, fitness, gardening, history and cooking. 
He is chairman of Crusaders RFC and a governor
of Henstead School.

Nicolas works especially closely with our
construction and property development clients
handling both contentious and non-contentious
work on their behalf.
