Charles Hand

Charles joined Sprake & Kingsley in 2002.  He escaped the
London scene after 34 years with RadcliffesLeBrasseur in
Westminster, where he was head of the property
department for a number of years.

Charles is a French speaker, having spent a year in France
before commencing his articles.  He likes to go on city
breaks with his wife to European cities to
explore their history.

Charles specialises in commercial
and residential property and also acts for
a wide range of landlords advising on
landlord and tenant issues.
