Charles
joined Sprake & Kingsley in October 2002 after 34 years with
RadcliffesLeBrasseur in Westminster, where he was Head of the Property
Department for a number of years. He is delighted to have escaped the London
scene and to be able to assist the partners at Sprake & Kingsley as a
consultant.
He specialises in commercial and residential property
and landlord and tenant.
Charles is a French speaker, having spent a year in France
before commencing his articles. He likes to go on city breaks with his wife to
European cities to explore their history and also enjoys gardening.
