Chris
Wells joined the firm's Beccles office in 2002 as a consultant and has almost 40 years experience
of dealing with property law over a wide range of transactions.
He has previously
worked for Norwich Union legal department and Eversheds, and specialises in
commercial property work, in particular
lease and development transactions.
His principal
spare time interest is sailing and he is
chairman of the Waveney One
Design Class fleet.
