For David, entering the law profession meant continuing a
great family tradition stretching back more than a century. His
great-grandfather, Humphrey, grandfather, Percy, and father, John, were all
involved in the practice.
David joined in 1981, and now has a wealth of experience in
providing expert legal advice to Waveney Valley clients. He specialises in
farming and agricultural law, wills and probate
and domestic and
commercial property law.
His forefathers were well known in the community - both
Humphrey and Percy Sprake served as Clerk to the Bungay Town Trust - and that's
a tradition David is continuing. He is a member of the Agricultural Law
Association and the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners.
David is assisted by
June Lawrence in probate and
trust matters and by
Rachel Gohil in property matters.
