After
doing her articles at Cozens-Hardy & Jewson in Norwich, Frances joined Sprake &
Kingsley in 1993.
She specialises in wills, probate, tax,
trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Work, advising the
elderly and contentious probate. She is a member of the Society of Trust and
Estate Practitioners and is on the committee of the Norfolk and Norwich
Incorporated Law Society.
