Frances Davy

Frances joined Sprake & Kingsley in 1993 on her qualification. She is a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner and committee member
for the local branch of the Society of Trust and
Estate Practitioners.

Frances is also a fully qualified member of Solicitors for
the Elderly and heads the Retirement team. She works
closely with Heather Davy in all matters concerning the
long term care of the elderly including estate planning,
wills, powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.

Frances also works with Karen Phillips on inheritance
disputes and claims.
