Karen
joined Sprake & Kingsley in 1995 having previously trained and worked in
Norwich.
She holds an Advanced Certificate in
Employment Law from the University of East Anglia and is an active member of
the Norfolk and Norwich Incorporated Law Society. She is also a member of
the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Karen specialises in litigation work for business and
individual clients. She covers matrimonial and family,
employment - including advising about employment
contracts and compromise agreements - personal
injury, licensing, landlord and tenant, contract and negligence, including
professional negligence.
She is happy to address problems that do not fall into these
categories and puts the emphasis on sorting out the problem and saving clients
money by avoiding costly litigation and disputes. She attempts to keep her
clients out of tribunal, but when that is impossible, she presents her own
cases.
