John Hay

John joined Sprake & Kingsley on qualification in 2002 and is a Partner in the firm’s Property team.   He is responsible for the firm's membership of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), which is a recognized quality standard for residential conveyancing practices.  He is also responsible for the firm's Lender Panel membership.

John handles a variety of property-related work including high value transactions.  He also advises both sellers and buyers on complex development transactions.

John lives locally and is actively involved with the local community as well as being passionate about cars and motorsport at all levels.
