Karen Phillips

Karen qualified in 1990 and joined the firm in 1995. She acts for both company and personal clients with litigation problems and in dispute resolution.

Karen is part of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. She is also the firm’s lead Employment specialist and holds a postgraduate Advanced Certificate in Employment Law. Karen advises clients in relation to business transactions, particularly where there are TUPE and other employment considerations. She also works with Frances Davy on inheritance disputes. Karen is a trained collaborative lawyer and is able to help clients benefit from the collaborative approach in resolving family disputes in appropriate cases.

Karen holds the BIIAB National Certificate for Personal Licence Holder and is a member of RESOLUTION and the Norfolk branch of The Good Divorce Group.
